Under the supervision of the FFC since 1988, Mountain Biking is a relatively young sport. Introduced from America where fat tyre bikes were being used off-road. Mountain bikes arrived in France in 1983. During the 80’s, the cycle industry embraced this new sport with large sales in France and throughout the world. Cycling enthusiasts continue to search for new venues and experiences to practise their sport in a natural environment. In recent years full suspension bikes have been developed for "Freeride". This opens up new horizons for downhill and enduro riding.

Regis Cahn is a young adventurer with a passion for Nordic ski rando. He has a preference for the Vercors and the High Plateaux Reserve. In preparation for his expeditions to other lands, he finds the perfect terrain in the Vercors.
Regis Cahn promotes Nordic ski rando and the Vercors through this website.
He is supported in this endeavour by the “Jeunesse et Sports” department to create this interactive site. The GTV association is also a partner of Regis’ site to promote the Vercors and this sport.
